आकाशवाणी

These terms govern brand collaborations, sponsorships and creative partnerships with आकाशवाणी / Akash Pratap Singh. They are designed to ensure every collaboration is authentic, professional and mutually respectful of both the brand's goals and the artist's creative integrity.

1. Types of Collaboration

Collaborations may include: original branded poetry/nazms and campaign anthems, sponsored posts and reels, brand storytelling and voice-over, event appearances and launches, ambassador and long-term partnerships, and creative consultation. The specific scope, deliverables and usage rights are defined in a written collaboration agreement for each project.

2. Creative Integrity

Akash's audience trusts his voice — that trust is the foundation of every collaboration's value. While we work closely with brands to deliver their message, all content is created in the artist's authentic voice and style. We do not produce content that is deceptive, off-brand, or that would mislead the audience. Brand guidelines are respected; the poetry remains honest.

3. Briefs, Revisions & Approval

Each collaboration begins with a clear brief — objectives, key messages, deliverables, timelines and usage. A reasonable number of revisions are included (typically two rounds) to ensure the content meets the brief. Once final content is approved in writing, further changes may be scoped and billed separately. Approval workflows and sign-off are defined in the agreement.

4. Usage Rights & Licensing

Usage rights — where, how and for how long the brand may use the created content — are licensed per the collaboration agreement. Organic posting on the artist's channels is typically included; extended usage (paid media, advertising, broadcast, out-of-home) is licensed separately and priced accordingly. The artist retains authorship/copyright of his original creative work unless explicitly assigned in writing.

5. Exclusivity

Where a collaboration requires category exclusivity (for example, not working with competing brands for a defined period), this is specified in the agreement along with its duration and scope, and is reflected in the fee. Without an exclusivity clause, no exclusivity is implied.

6. Payment Terms

Collaboration fees are agreed in writing. A portion is typically payable on signing, with the balance on delivery or per agreed milestones. Deliverables are released upon payment per the agreement. Rates depend on scope, usage rights, exclusivity and duration — contact us for a tailored proposal.

7. Disclosure & Compliance

Sponsored and paid partnership content is disclosed transparently in line with applicable advertising standards and platform guidelines (e.g., #ad, paid partnership tags). We are committed to honest disclosure — it protects the brand, the artist and the audience alike.

8. Approval & Publication

Content is shared with the brand for approval before publication. Once approved, posting is scheduled as agreed. The brand should not publish, edit or repurpose the artist's content beyond the licensed usage without written consent.

9. Performance Metrics

Where relevant, post-campaign reporting (reach, engagement, views) can be provided based on available platform analytics. While we aim for strong performance, specific metrics cannot be guaranteed — reach depends on platform algorithms and many variables. We commit to quality content and professional delivery.

10. Cancellation

If a confirmed collaboration is cancelled after work has begun, fees for work completed plus a cancellation fee apply. Full cancellation terms are defined in the written agreement and aligned with our Cancellation Policy.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the collaboration — unreleased campaign details, pricing, strategies — unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.

12. Moral Rights & Credit

The artist retains moral rights over his creative work, including the right to be credited as its creator. Where content is published, appropriate credit to आकाशवाणी / Akash Pratap Singh should be given unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Starting a Collaboration

To begin, share your campaign brief through the Brand Collaboration page or via email. Include your brand, objectives, timeline, deliverables and budget range. We respond to genuine inquiries within 48 hours and will prepare a tailored proposal.
